Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Strong Technical Skills (Mainframes)
Primary Skills: COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, Natural / Adabas ( good to have)
Tools Knowledge: PANVALET, CA-7, FILE-AID, ABEND-AID
Strong Analytical Skills
Able to comprehend and solve issues with limited supervision
Analyze code and come up with solutions, Problem solving skills, Self Learner and Go getter with little guidance
Attitude & Good Interpersonal Skills
Have excellent written and verbal communication.
Handle Users and business analysts independently.
Team player & Proactive, Takes complete ownership of tasks allocated, Interested in Challenges
Flexibility
Willing to Come in Shifts (Second Shift -> as needed & Night shift -> Monthly once a week)
Willing to work during weekends in case of Project implementations
Willing to work in US Day Shifts during UAT/SIT Support, Willing to work long hours as necessary in
case of SEV1/priority issues
