Job Description:
Purchase Executive
Candidate should possess B.Com in any discipline
Candidate having knowledge of PeopleSoft will be given first priority.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting / vendor bill processing.
Position Type Contract (Duration 1 year).
Coordination for vendors bills with stakeholders & Process the same as per procedure.
Prepare monthly provision of all F&P expenses.
Coordinate for vendor Agreement closures.
AMC payment coordination.
Initiate Purchase Order process and coordinate for closures.
Maintain MIS & Tracking of Capex & Opex Expenditure
