Candidate should possess Any Graduate in any discipline
Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English & Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam or Kannada
(English + Any 1 Regional Language)
Should have minimum 1 year of work experience in any industry (service certificate / experience
letter is mandatory)
Relevant Experience in written communication / email processes in any industry
Good comprehension & interpretation skills to understand customer issues / complaints and respond
in accordance
Adaptive, ready to learn, contribute and deliver consistently under pressure
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds,

Excellent skills on MS Word & Excel
