•Transfer/attend Calls (EPBX) , supervise housekeeping/security/Fire alarms & extinguishers

•Maintain stock of Basic Medicines and Stationary/ ID/ Visiting Cards

•Domestic Travel and Accommodation

•Taking Care of Visitors ensuring that they meet the respective Person ASAP.

•Actively involve in Vendors Management with respect to supply of products
