Students with standing arrears are not eligible
Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts (No Night shifts for women)
Should have good communication, inter-personal skills
Should undergo 4 weeks to 8 weeks classroom training & on-the-job training (after classroom training)
Should participate actively throughout the training
Should be punctual and regular throughout the training
Should perform well in the tests during training
