Graduate Engineer Trainee

Planning & finalizing monthly, weekly dispatch quantities inline with customer demands in co-ordination with PPC.

Planning of all necessary resources inline with 1 above.

Ensuring optimum and effective utilization of all allocated resources on monthly, weekly and daily basis.

Ensuring plant efficiency & plant recovery targets.

Deployment of all Lean Manufacturing activities inline with corporate and unit level targets.

Deployment & ensuring adherence to all Quality Management Targets inline with corporate and unit level targets.

Ensuring and promoting good industrial relationship across the unit.

Competencies Required:

Good Communication skills

75% + in 10th & 12th

75% + in B.E (Aggregate till date)
