Trainee Associate
Should be able to cross learn different processes.
Should maintain data confidentiality.
Support India HR related activities, Performance management tool assistance & US Payroll.
Ensures adherence to quality / accuracy and timelines.
Sharing knowledge / best practices with team so as to contribute towards improved level of team
performance.
Achieves or exceeds set targets and works as part of a team to fulfil Service Level Agreements
(SLAs)
Basic MS Office knowledge.
Good Typing skills.
Willingness to work in night shift.
Contractual 3rd party payroll role.
