Job Description:
Sales & Marketing Support
Intensive communication with the international internal customers, mainly in English
Partial communication with external international customers
Handling of distribution of PCN to external customers and ensuring a fast response to customers
feedback/questions
Handling of Customer Portals for Sales related tasks
Supporting the ramp-up of all new Sales Tasks including Set-up support
Support Project Management work for Sales & Marketing Organisation
Support the ramp up and support of Product Management related tasks
Responsibility of high quality & on time delivery
Candidate Profile
B.E/B.Tech or MBA (Marketing will be preferred)
PC knowledges in SAP, MS Office, Access, SharePoint, Project Management Tools
Very good written & verbal English language skills
Very high customer and service orientation required
Performance oriented
Quality focused
Six Sigma Tools
Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements
Willingness to constantly learn also complex processes and scenarios
Flexible to work in different time zones as per business requirements
