Job Description:
Purchase Executive
Incumbent will be responsible for supporting planners in EMEA Automotive.
In their daily duties they will manage planning workflows & deliver input for continuous
improvements in the SC planning infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Purchase requisitions processing.
Job specific SAP transactions.
Exception Messages processing.
Work on TESOG backlog and claim deliveries.
Create delivery notes.
Workflow Management.
MRP Data Maintenance.
Drive reports centrally from SAP, Intranet and share smart with affected Planner community.
Updates manual ad-hoc actions, MM Planning parameter setup execution after instruction.
Late and un-confirmed PO handling.
Check MR blocks and other blocks.
Controlling of discrepancy during EDI transmission from vendor to TESOG (ZMI3, ZFOR, etc.).
Basic Business Reporting & Analytics.
Responsibility of high quality & on time delivery.
Ensuring a strict following of Standard Work Instructions.
Ensuring a constant usage of Leader Standard Work.
SharePoint tools and Reports with daily updates.
Ensuring to participate in all kind of trainings that are offered.
Support the onboarding of new joiners and secure a robust knowledge transfer.
Fully supporting all TEOA initiatives according Star Level requirements.
Supporting continuous improvement projects with active participation.
Participate in all kind of team initiatives/programs.
Skills:
Good knowledge of SAP (especially PP and Purchasing modules) preferred.
Experience of Microsoft tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Fluent in English.
Basic Knowledge and understanding of SCM concepts.
Flexible and results oriented.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Some knowledge of customer service and transportation options beneficial.
Shift timings: Must be flexible in all shifts.
