Job Description
To identify
opportunities for acquisition of Land on the basis of Joint Development, JV,
Outright, SRA and Redevelopment Projects etc.
Responsible
for entire process of land acquisition including legal and commercial due
diligence.
Develop
land acquisition strategies and expansion plan for Bangalore region.
Responsible
for Title Search, Registration formalities and Coordination with Revenue
department and other Government / Municipal agencies for planning &
necessary approvals required for acquisition of Land / Properties.
Negotiating
and Finalizing Commercial Terms and Conditions.
Responsible
for all business activities, revenue and profit generation for Bangalore
region.
Submit
Project Feasibility Reports based on the Rules, Regulations & Laws of
different regions / Cities to the management.
Develop the
regional database of various sources and brokers.
Functional

Desired Candidate Profile
Any

authorities related to land acquisitions and current practices for joint
development and joint venture.
