Creativity - Brings fresh insights to the team. Encourages the team to generate newer approaches. Problem identification, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and advanced troubleshooting. Provide high-quality, technical documentation for customers. Work directly with customers to provide technical expertise with Siebel applications and other technologies. Provide technical expertise in Siebel and relevant technologies and continually expand in technical knowledge by working with customers. Provide rapid response and resolution for critical technical issues Set up Developers access to Siebel Tools, coordinate check-in and check-out activities of Siebel Projects on Development Server and support Siebel development activities. Develops eScript and Java Script, designs/configures integration objects, business services, workflows and VBCs. Assist with design and prototyping of Siebel applications and with testing and bug fixing. Assist and provide guidance to Systems Admin during installation and configurations of Siebel Servers. Troubleshoot and research issues as they come up during Siebel SDLC. Assist technical team and work closely Siebel TAM, Siebel Expert Services. Expert level of understanding and experience in Siebel technologies. Candidate Profile Hands on experience working on Siebel configuration,Siebel Configuration, e-scripting, Workflow Ability to understand Business issues / Business goals related to CRM Siebel Comprehensive knowledge of Siebel functionalities includes Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, etc. Must have experience in order management module of Siebel 8.0Understanding the Business requirement and comparing it with the Siebel products suitability Specific Soft skills Customer Focus - Constantly explores to conceptualize and understand customer needs and proactively delivers the best solution.
