Job Description
TCAD Senior R&D Engineer
Develop and
maintain simulation solutions for state-of-the-art semiconductor technologies
which showcase the strength and capabilities of TCAD Sentaurus.
Develop and
maintain template simulation solutions for Synopsys TCAD customers.
Test new
simulation software and cooperate in its specification. Develop and maintain
tests to ensure the quality of TCAD Sentaurus.
Collaborate
with key and beta customer sites during the new feature and product
introduction.
M.S. or
Ph.D. in physics, electrical engineering, or equivalent (Ph.D. preferred).
Solid
knowledge of device and/or process physics.
At least
two, preferably five, years of professional experience.
Good verbal
and written communication skills.
