Can do Module level design, create estimates and involve in Implementation.
Should be experienced in SQL, JavaScript and JASON.
Presentation layer (Microsoft WPF) development experience is good to have.
Experience with XML, HTML, XSLT, AJAX, ASCX, ASPX, JavaScript, CSS.
Web part/control development experience.
