Candidates who have completed CCNA, and Networking courses are welcome.
Building a rapport with customers.
Involves working in Night shifts with Excellent Communication Skills.
Involves handling Inbound Calls.
Involves resolving Technical customer queries.
Involves updating customers on latest information on a Internet product or service.
Should be comfortable working in 24/7 shifts.
Should have excellent English communication skills.
Should be patient enough to handle any kind of customer queries.
