Job Description:
Technical Support Voice Process
Handling Inbound US Calls.
Involves resolving Technical client queries.
Should be patient enough to handle any kind of queries.
Good understanding of computers.
Should have Basic knowledge on computer hardware peripherals, Operation Systems & antiviruses.
Flair for customer service and technical troubleshooting.
Configuration & troubleshooting all types of Hardwares, Software applications, Antiviruses &
Network problems (TCP/IP).
Installing.
Excellent Communication Skill.
Enthusiasm and strong self-motivation & self-reliance.
Building a rapport with customers.
Time management skills, with a high degree of flexibility at work place.
Willingness to work in night shifts.
5 days of work in a week. 2days off in a week.
