Job DescriptionAnalyst Job responsibility includes interacting with US based Insurance Companies for Claims Resolution,
Revenue Cycle Management.
Analysis of accounts receivable to identify cash collection opportunities.
Documentation of follow up comments and actions to be taken on account receivables.
Verify if the payment received from the insurance matches the contract.
Identify issues and trends with respect to insurance companies not paying correctly or in a timely
manner.
Escalate issues and trends to insurance supervisor for timely resolution.
Meet set productivity & quality benchmarks for individual and cash collection targets for the team.
Skills
Good academic record- First Class academic record preferred.
Good analytical skill.
Good communication skills.
Typing skill - 20 words/min.
Basic knowledge of MS office and willing to work in night shifts.
