Only Graduates required. MBA / B-Tech/PGDM will not be considered.
Work Experience in any domain will not be considered.


Assist the onshore Account Managers and Associate Account Managers in the day-to-day operation of their clients’ paid search programs.
• Produce and deliver scheduled and ad hoc reports
• Analyze data (impressions, clicks, click-through rate, conversion rate, sales, ERS, actions, cost per action, etc.) in order to advise on how to best optimize the program
• Traffic and update campaigns through DART Search
• Optimize campaigns through processes like:
o Link Checking
o Restructuring
o Geo-targeting – Implementation
o Match Type Changes
• Perform Quality Assurance
o Monitor trademark infringement by other companies using paid search
o Assist with completion Daily, Weekly, and Monthly QA checklists
• Perform any additional tasks as needed by the Account Managers
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed during peak times

Shift timings would be from : 2 PM to 11 PM.

Necessary Skill Sets for Analyst :
• Microsoft Excel
• Heavy analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented; able to QA own work
• Fluent in English
• Internet experience preferred
• DART Search experience a plus

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Ideal candidate will have an undergraduate in any stream.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Logical analysis skills
• Advanced spreadsheet capabilities
• High competency in MS Excel and Access
• Understanding of direct marketing concepts and principles preferred
• Internet experience preferred
• Self-directed, motivated by internal factors
• Comfortable with dynamic, high energy industry
