Job Description

Front office Executive

Salary: 15 -17k per month (CTC)+ Transport

Position Purpose: Responsible for directing all facility personnel to assist in day- to-day operations and in completion of projects

Responsibilities :

1) Attending of telephone calls and accordingly transferring the calls to the concerned persons and departments.

2) Maintaining Incoming and outgoing calls register

3) Routine office administration.

4) Desired Candidate Profile:- Experience: 2 - 5 years

5) Maintenance of Stationary Records.

6) Arrange the appointments as per requirements.

7) Handling EPBAX system

8) Candidates should have excellent communication Skills & Personality.
