Handling inbound calls.
Troubleshooting hardware/software issues of the customers.
Supporting US/Canadian customers.
Skills:
Good communication skills.
Basic Computer knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
Candidates who are willing to relocate can also apply.
