Engineer-Design and Development
Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.E in computer science or a related area,
statistics, mathematics.
4+ years working as a Lead Data Analyst.
Strong leadership and technical experience as a Data Analyst
Strong understanding of quantitative analysis and the technology domain
Strong experience in querying large, complex data sets
Excellent knowledge in design and implementation of data mining algorithms in R and Java
Experience in database technologies (RDBMS), SQL and data warehouse concepts
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Experience working within agile teams with a basic understanding of Scrum or Kanban and the
software development process
Team-oriented with the ability to independently prototype components and integrate results into
the development environment to demonstrate proof of concepts for new self proposed data analytics components
Independent and having an innovative mindset with the ability to propose improvements and pitch
for new directions with confidence considering the business environment
