understanding of the AIM methodology

understanding of the various kinds of projects like New Implementations,
Upgrades, Rollouts, etc.
Good
exposure to data migration tools and techniques
Sound
technical exposure in understanding table structures, forms personalization
techniques, usage of TOAD,etc.
