6 sem or Diploma in the respective Language from a recognized Foreign Language Institute.
to be aware of and comply with any client / process / product updates complete logs specified by process
Candidate should have completed upto 6 semesters in Italian .
Profile will include 70% English and 30% Respective language.
It will 60% backend and 40% voice
