Job Description

Analyst-Technical Support Engineer

Providing technical and product expertise for deploying and integrating our Information Rights Management solution within a customer environment.

Involve deploying and configuring various components like application server, database server, LDAP server etc.

Involve understanding the infrastructure setup at customer organization in terms of firewalls, DMZ,Active Directory,User Identify Management, database servers etc.

Involve configuring Seclore solution to work seamlessly with the existing customer IT infrastructure.
It may also involve training, handholding of end users, administrators and support staff from customer organization.

Technical Support:

Detailed technical analysis and resolving issues faced. 

Ticketing and subsequent followup via telephone and email is also involved.

The person will also be responsible for maintaining various demo systems for the product including live demos hosted on the internet.

The person may also be involved during the pre-sales stage to provide technical expertise / support on the product.
