Associate Lead - Java
Candidate should possess BE/B.Tech/MCA in any branch
Good development experience in Java, J2EE and one or more frameworks like Spring, Eclipse RCP, SWT, Drools, JWS
Experience in Web Services technology including XML, HTTP, SOAP
Experience in using development tools like Eclipse
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Strong understanding of product development life cycle
Able to understand and translate Specification/Requirement into design and then to implementations
Knowledge in Application Servers and Databases
Good communication skills oral, written and presentation
Good experience in testing and test cases development for Unit, Integration, Systems and
Functionality Testing.
People skills – ability to work in a team, leadership qualities, ability to deal with customers.
Experience in working on Agile with SCRUM is a big plus.
