Associate Lead - SW
Candidate should possess BE / MCA with at least 4 years of experience in software development.
Good knowledge on software design with extensive experience in coding for atleast 4 yrs.
Advanced knowledge of of Microsoft Technologies - C#. net with WPF is a MUST.
Knowledge and experience in UML and OOPS concepts, ability to read and understand and build on design.
Understanding of the Automation Domain (HMI knowledge preferred)
Experience in all phases of software development from Requirement analysis design, implementation,
testing and maintenance.
Strong NUnit Testing skills
AGILE SCRUM experience is a MUST for atleast 2+ yrs.
Excellent team attitude, technology hungry, and passion to achieve more with less.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to working with Japanese culture would be a plus.
