Application Engineer
Candidates should possess Bachelors Degree with 3 to 6 years of techno-functional experience with good functional Knowledge on HR Processes
Provide production support for PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion HR applications to include application support, maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience in troubleshooting application issues
Respond to issues with highest level of support coupled with solid understanding of application support process
Work in conjunction with various internal teams and the external service providers to ensure effective functioning of HR applications
Provide Support Services that include functional consulting, problem analysis, testing and solutioning
Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to work with business functional users to comprehend business requirements for system modifications and development
Providing assistance with bug-fix, minor enhancements, maintenance testing and release management needs for the product Knowledge in analyzing and resolving issues with respect to Third Party interface.
Proven skills in organizing, prioritizing, scheduling, planning, and coordinating with focus on customer centricity and capacity to deliver high level of service
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with user.
Ability to deal sensitively in multicultural environments and build effective working
