Job Description Tele Caller / Field Executive / Marketing Executive & Business Development Manager
Tele Caller
Calling to the clients,
Fixing appointments & Interaction with clients.
Data preparation, handling customer inquiry.
Reporting to senior manager.
Follow-up the clients on phone.
Qualification : Intermediate or Above with good communication Skills
Salary : INR 72,000 � 80,000 P.A + Incentives
Field Executives
The candidate will be responsible for direct sales of our product & Services and also will be
responsible for the post sale process. Min 1 year experience as a FMGC/ Product supplier to kirana
stores, mid size super markets and departmental store.
Experience in sales field from the below sector will be preferred.
Manufacturing companies
Travels and rent a cabs
Hotels & Restaurants
Textile stores
Jewellery stores
Finance companies
Building and constructions
Transport and logistics
Petrol bunks
Trading companies etc.,
Salary : INR 72,000 � 90,000 P.A + Incentives + TA
Marketing Executives
Customer acquisitions through various branding activity about our product and advertising schemes
Generate the business leads.
Promote the products in the assigned locations and acquire the business.
Salary : 1.25 lakhs -1.50 lakhs PA + Incentives +TA
Business Development Manager
Qualification : Any graduate with good communication skills
Experience : 1-2 years
Skills Required :
A genuine interest in working with and helping customers and clients
Good communication skills
The ability to supervise and motivate team
Good presentation and a polite, tactful and friendly character
A good understanding of numbers and planning
Flexible, decisive and thinking on toes,
The ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a paitent, calm and effective way.
An understanding of computer system and cash registers.
Salary : 1.8 Lakhs � 2.2 Lakhs P.A + Incentives + TA
Candidate Profile
As a business Development manager your role will involve getting the best out of your team to
provide customers with the best experience possible. Talking charge and leading a team is your
main responsibility. You�d have to supervise and motivate your team to make sure customers are
handled in a friendly, useful and professional way. It�s equally important for you to build knowledge
and understanding of products and policies. This can then be passed on to your team. A typical
day involves many duties, which would vary depending on where you work. These could be building
effective customers & client relations, working arrangements, staff meetings and training &
development programmes. More complex customers & client enquires, complaints and any crises
such as security issues would also be a part of your role. Other duties vary depending on the type
and size of the organization, but the job can include financial responsibilities and taking part
in special customer promotions or events.
