Should be very good in C Programming.
MISRA Rules for C development (Must).
SDLC, ARINC Standards.
Unit testing using RTRT.
Hands on experience in Design(low level design) and Coding(in C).
Design Reviews and Code Reviews.
Configuration Management (CM Synergy tool is preferable).
Problem Reporting (Change Synergy tool is preferable).
Creation of software requirements from System Requirements.
Software Architecture creation (high level design).
Perl/Python scripting(will be added advantage but not necessary).
Compiler options setting.
DO178 B (Necessary).
