Quantity Survayor/Estimator
With at least 5 years of experience in GCC countries especially in Doha Qatar.
Can Communicate proper English
High level of experience with working on varied projects as Estimator / Quantity Surveyor.
Superior proficiency in estimation preparation and Quantity surveying techniques
Sound skills in site preparation, civil and architectural cost estimation.
Extensive knowledge in costing of joinery works by analyzing labor, materials, overhead and time
requirements.
Good ability to use AutoCAD and Microsoft office.
Extraordinary ability to maintain multiple running project calculations accurately and clearly.
Preparing Bill of Quantities and costing during tender stage.
Prepare and sent RFQ�s for all the items to obtain required quotation.
Pricing material and labor cost of each BOQ item by using the quotations and pre-determined
manpower production rates.
Assisting Project Manager and procurement officer in scheduling of works, delivery of materials
and site supervision.
Evaluation of Subcontractor quotation.
Preparing weekly accomplishment report. Review of tender documents, scope of works, drawings,
BOQ if available, specifications, client requirement and so forth from the tender documents for
proper estimating works.Preparing material take off, bill of quantities and costing during pre-
construction period. Preparing and submitting commercial and technical bid documents.
Computing the cost of all joinery items by analyzing the labor, material, overhead and time
requirements.
Prepare and sent RFQ�s for all the items to obtain required quotation. Attend site meetings during
Pre-tender and construction stages. Preparing RFQ�s to obtain required quotation for special
items.Technical evaluation of subcontractor�s quotation. Coordination with all concerned
professionals / individuals.
Review of tender documents, scope of works, drawings, BOQ if available, specifications, client
requirement etc from the tender documents for proper estimating works.
Preparing material take off, Bill of quantities and costing during preconstruction period.
Computing the cost of all joinery items by analyzing the labor, material, overhead and time
requirements.
Preparing RFQ�s to obtain required quotation for special items.
Preparing Variation / change orders during construction stage.
Assisting Project Manager and Production Manager in scheduling of materials, reviewing drawings
and specifications.
Evaluation of subcontractor quotation and project monitoring during installation and construction.
Estimate of materials needed and coordinate with procurement officer to ensure the on-time
delivery of materials.
Allocate work to subcontractors and value completed work as well as arrange payments.
Review and evaluate the contract (fixed and re-measurable contract).
