Job Description

eProcurement queries re usage :

All Queries received should be responded promptly with an effort to resolve the query in due time.

GS Policy advice.

Adherence to SCB Procurement policies.

GS process advice to the customers and ensuring maximum usage of eProcurement system

Manage support mailbox on daily basis and ensuring all customer queries are replied / worked in due time

Log and capture queries on call logging tool (Excel) and send the call log (Excel) on daily basis to Chennai team

eProcurement ( Procurement Functions)

Create and maintain catalogue items

Manage sourcing workbenches on daily basis

Purchase orders PO Created status should be verified and resolved daily basis.

Manage undeliverable PO's previously emailed

Send PO's via fax

Manage missing email addresses for PO send (2 months post go live)

Re-assign workflow approvals.

Verify the ARR queries and do the follow up for pending ones .

Understanding and suggesting correct category to the user.

New Supplier Additions

Vet all supplier addition forms for completeness and pass to commodity managers for vendor creation

All approved forms should be forwarded to AP for creation.

System Testing

Participate in system testing and identify the issues in case of any system enhancements or initiatives.

Desired Profile:

Excellent Communication Skills Mandatory.

Preferably - Graduate with Commerce background.

Experience

Any experience relevant to Customer Support / technical Support role / relevant w.r.t the above given Job Description. Fresher with exceptional communication skill can also apply.
