Diploma Engineer Trainee
DET (Diploma in Mechanical, Chemical, CIPET, Msc in Polymer Science & Msc in Organic Chemistry)
is the entry level position for supervisory cadre, they will be undergoing a rigorous training at Plant
for 1 Year.
There will be a bond for 2 Years
After successful completion of training the DETs will be deployed in different departments like
Production and Quality depending upon their qualifications and performance.
These trainees will be provided with an opportunity for further enhancement of educational
qualification based on performance and under company policies.
