Roles and responsibilities    

Need to have:

A degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

Should be well versed in OOP concepts. An ability to code in any of the Object Oriented

Programming Languages.

knowledge of any scripting language like shell/ruby/perl

Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix

Ability to grasp and work with new technologies quickly

1-3 years of experience in building web based applications

 Freshers are welcome if you think years of experience doesn't concern you.

You’d fit right in, if you have

Worked with MVC. Such as Ruby on Rails, Struts

Worked with MySql

Working knowledge of HTML(4/5)/CSS(2/3)/Javascript
