Oracle Developer

Must have client facing skills and be able to confidently articulate information identified for delivery to the clients.

Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

Must be able to translate client business rules to technical business requirements. Must possess strong analytical skills.

Must have good documentation skills and should be able to work in global environment

Webservices (Java knowledge)

Fusion alerting

PL-SQL, file export

External tables, PL-SQL

Probably File based Loaders, if not then PL-SQL (depends on some minor fields)

Java skills, Fusion Sharepoint/SSO skills

Knowledge/training in Fusion:

Webservices

File Loaders

HRC Extracts

Single Sign on

Experience with Oracle fusion HCM applications

Good communication and collaborative skills a must be able to direct the work of others and work independently

Essential:

The candidate must have a minimum of one end to end HRMS implementation.

Be Proficient in Oracle fusion middleware and development tools.

Should be able to work with the customer independently.

Develops, writes and communicates technical/Functional requirements & design documents.
