Business Development Manager
Primarily acquiring new franchisee / sub broker.
Identifying new channel partners & ensuring they are profitable.
Achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
Revenue generation through the channel.
Ensuring smooth induction of the franchisee.
Building and increasing depth in existing relationships & acquiring new franchisee / sub broker.
Reporting in desired formats for due evaluation and strategy formulation.
Servicing of existing franchisees.
Candidate Profile
Should have worked in the field.
Should have knowledge of equity, commodity & currency products.
Candidates working in banks are not eligible.
Should be working off-line.
RM/SRM/ARM also accepted.
