Job Description
Associate Business System Analyst
Understand business strategies and needs, in-depth understanding of business
processes (sales, customer management, Service)
Manage Local Business requirements, formulate adequate solutions, and propose best
practice solutions in collaboration with the Business representatives
Implementation of new proposed systems and roll out
Manage the functioning in terms of uptime management of Prisma Clarify : DC Call
Centre, RPS Online, MS CRM Sales, Sales Force.com.
Responsible for training the users (Internal employees) on the new systems
Responsible to drive Business process improvements by developing various SOP's for
operations and usage of the new system.
