Job Description
Linux System Admin
System
Administrator is accountable for Windows, Linux and IIS Server administration.
Should have
deep knowledge on MS Operating systems. Windows 2000/2003/2008 OS Installation/
Administration/ Troubleshooting. Windows Microsoft Cluster Service
Installation/ Administration/ Troubleshooting.
Perform
daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all
applications, products &resources, systems and key processes.
Reviewing
systems and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such
as backups etc.
Perform
regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
Perform
daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are
successfully backed up to the appropriate media.
