Job Description:
Associate Data Analyst
Work with cross-functional business groups to understand data governance requirements
Conduct thorough and ongoing data validation, consolidation, cleansing & maintenance
Perform data preparation and validation for renewal business
Reconcile and cleanse data across different systems (Salesforce.com, Oracle, etc.)
Quickly learn and understand business issues and operational challenges
Perform deep dive data analysis on upstream and downstream systems for various operational
tracks under data governance scope
Coordinate between operations stakeholders and subject matter expert (SME) resources to address
business requirements
Manage the integrity of customer data through documented data maintenance processes
Build business use cases and propose governance policies
Actively incorporate defined protocol during data remediation
Demonstrate excellent decision making to identify the most appropriate data for reporting and
transaction purposes
Candidate Profile
Bachelor�s degree or equivalent
Practical experience in SQL languages; Oracle experience is highly preferred
Ability to use spreadsheets
Background in Oracle business systems like EBS (E-Business Suite) and Salesforce.com is preferred
Understanding of data enrichment and cleansing
High level of EBS, Salesforce.com, or D&B understanding
Experience with Customer Data Hub, Customer Data Librarian, and Data Quality Manager is
preferred
Proficiency with SAP BusinessObjects and Oracle Customer Online is a plus
