Job Description:
Provisioning Co-ordinator
Provisioning and Decommissioning of wlr3, ADSL, Ethernet, Number Porting and Unity related
products.
Ensuring all Unity related provisions are registered with 999 and are provisioned in accordance with
Ofcom regulations.
Ensure all internal OLAs are met. Product Specific.
Delay Management manage all product related delays through to completion. Ensure relevant
customer service plan is followed.
Provide updates to Project Managers on supplier/product related delays
Unsolicited Cancels Transfer aways
Assist the Redcentric Support function re ticket related issues
Maintain and update the Customer Provisioning Portal and relevant number management
applications
Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Company

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels,
both internally and externally

Ability to work well under pressure within a busy environment and prioritise tasks accordingly
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, time management, organisational and administrative skills
The following skills, attributes and experience are also preferable:
Experience of managing customer issues
Experience re WLR/Broadband/Ethernet/Porting related activities is desirable but not essential.
Show an understanding of PRINCE2 Project methodology
Project Co-ordination experience
