Software Engineer
Candidate should have completed BE/B Tech from a recognised university.
Should have an aggregate of 60% through out academics.
Must have experience in developing in C, C++, Go, or similar languages
Must have familiarity with Linux Containers, Kubernetes or OpenShift (or any other orchestrators)
Should have familiarity with frameworks, libraries, or SDKs for your language of choice
Must have interest in DevOps and in how the entire development process can be improved
Should have experience in working with a distributed team and communicating between
different teams
Must have excellent communication skills
Should have familiarity with API design is an advantage
Must have familiarity with open source development, projects, and processes is a plus
Should work directly with the team to develop necessary user delivery back-end frameworks for the
best customer experience
Must investigate and improve the established development processes
Should create tools that you yourself would like to use
Must participate in the community by writing blogs, participating in forums, and speaking at user
groups and conferences
Must use agile software development methodologies to quickly adapt to changes in requirements
Should deliver one or more critical software solutions on time and on (or under) budget
Must seek new ways of solving problems that increase efficiency
Must conduct design and code review
Must enforce code quality and performance
Should apply design patterns to solve problems
