Customer Service Representative

This Customer Service role is an entry level role within the Red Hat Customer Service team.

The Customer Service Associate will support Red Hat's retail, direct and web customers by providing superior customer service for all fulfilment, service, post-sales, billing, and any other related issues which may arise.

Be first line point of contact for retail and web customer issues regarding Red Hat products.

Resolve post-sale issues for customer including subscription, service fulfilment, Red Hat account related matters and requests for some web and direct orders.

Maintain follow up contact with tickets to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Escalate any issues which require attention from another level.

Assist in the facilitation of product fulfilment for clients.
