Job Description:
Customer Support Engineer
Candidate will be taking care of an Application Server which plays Movies in digital format which is placed in Theaters.
All Movies are played through this server. So as a QTS Engineer he will be responsible for Loading films into these servers on Wednesday and Thursday night for Fridays Movie releases, and from Friday to Sunday will need to provide Tech Support (Trouble shooting).
Field Support Job.
Should be flexible to work 24/7.
Should be willing to travel.
Should be willing to work on Festival Holidays as a lot of movies are released on festival days. Tech support is very important during these days.
Weekly off can be taken on Monday or Tuesday.
Candidate should not have backlogs and pursuing.
B.E/B.Tech/PG students are not suitable
Preferrable for only AP Candidates
