Customer Support Engineer
Graduation Preference: Diploma Holders, Graduates, PUC with hardware & Networking Certification
(Will not be able to process B.E, B.Tech & PG Students).
Note Candidate should not have any backlogs and must have completed his education.
Field support engineers who will be responsible for installation, have to be available 24/7
365, maintenance and troubleshooting of our servers in Theatres in Madurai and Chennai.
However, trouble-shooting would of course be based on impromptu requirement.
As movies are released on weekends and festival times, it would not be possible to take time off
during these periods.
A weekly off by rotation would be possible on a Monday or Tuesday.
The profile also necessitates extensive travel by bus and occasionally by other means of transport as well.
Secondly they will have to keep their original educational certificates with us as security for one
year, after one year we will return back their certificates.
