Job Description:
Technical Support Engineer
Candidate should possess B.E/B.Tech graduation from any recognized university or institution
Candidate should possess team working capabilities
Assists end-users with identifying, analyzing and escalating incidents within appropriate service standards.
Provide support on standard devices such as standard desktop, tablets, phones and other devices
in Ramboll service catalogue.
Provide technical and functional support on Ramboll standard applications.
Act as SPOC (single point of contact).
Providing 1st Line technical Support, answering support queries via Phone, E-mails, online chat, or in person.
Track, monitor and report all the helpdesk incidents within the defined customer Service Level Agreement.
Log customer issues into ticket handling management system (ITSM system) according to
procedures to ensure adequate and high quality data-logging.
Solve incidents and service request.
