Job Description:
Associate Software Developer
3-5 years of application development/ support experience.
A solid knowledge of SQL Server and XML is required.
ServiceNow experience is a plus.
Experience in developing C# windows forms and/or C# windows services based on individual
solution requirements is a plus.
XSLT knowledge is a plus.
Exposure to database design is desirable.
Desktop experience including PDF & Postscript manipulation skills are a plus.
SFTP/ FTP familiarity is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Experience working in a Support Role, interacting with callers and their issues in a time sensitive
production environment.
Strong experience in working to the root cause of an issue and determining options for recovery
and/ or resumption of jobs failing etc.
Able to work with Workflow Development Team in informing them of bugs or changes required by
the issues reported to Support Team
