Job Description :
IT Administrator
* Good experience in managing desktop PC’s, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
* Monitoring and maintenance of the current Cisco VoIP phone environment.
* Monitors, plans, and coordinates the distribution of client/server software.
* Provide technical support to internal users.
* Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
* Provides emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule.
* Strong knowledge of LAN / WAN / SAN configurations to include experience with Cisco routers, switches, ASA & PIX, and SAN storage and switching.
* Experience setting up and managing database systems such as SQL Server& Oracle.
* Experience in supporting telephone systems such as PRI & VoIP.
* Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of Linux and Open Source technologies an asset.
