Job Description:
Back Office Executive
The candidate would be expected to carry out the following:
Reconciliation of transactions.
Good typing speed & excel knowledge.
Excellent communication skills.
Constant co-ordination with the client.
Willing to work shifts (flexible).
Ability to work under pressure following stringent deadlines.
Ability to work in a team.
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Team player as well as hands-on individual contributor.
Good judgment, tact, flexibility, organization and planning skills would be required to handle
situations independently and make decisions.
Ability to work in high paced, challenging environment.
Requirement to work long hours during month-end, quarter-end and Annual activities.
Good analytical skills.
Experience in reconciliation (Preferred).
Good Data entry skills.
Good knowledge of MS excel / word.
