Trainee Test Engineer

Primary Functions / Responsibilities:

Handling the zone assigned as per the schedule.

Escalations of errors observed as per SLA.

Client communication pertaining to error escalations.

Sending of Internal reports wherever applicable.

Internal escalation to superiors regarding internal issues.

Skills & Knowledge Necessary:

Knowledge on Internet domains.

Basic Idea of STLC Software Testing Life Cycle.

Effective Communication skills.

24*7 work shifts.

Written & verbal communication ability to communicate clearly & correctly.

Others:

Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on Sundays & Public Holidays.
