Break software into manageable products and components in a way that facilitates both major and patch releases, and addresses the dependencies between products. Develop software delivery methods to suit a variety of target types, e.g. Windows based systems vs. Unix/Linux based systems, Embedded cross compiling, internal vs. external.. Streamline, automate, document and maintain build and release procedures. Assist in developing strategies to manage installations, upgrades, rollbacks, and backup/rest oral. Assist in developing automated 'smoke test' procedures to catch problems before handoff to test teams, and manage an environment where this is performed. Help develop processes to manage development and test environments (keeping environments 'clean', propagating software, identifying quality gates, tracking what software is installed where). Desired Profile 1-4 years experience with build systems (like make, ecloud make, scons), build &integration automation tools and SCM knowledge. Proficient scripting skills in C#, Perl, Python and .NET. Solid Troubleshooting skills of real time production environment along with deployment and support of automation tools, Perform daily system monitoring and gather data/metrics for performance and data reporting trending Manage day to day tasks and provide 1st tier support Required: Bachelor's, Computer Engineering and/or Computer Science and/or Electrical Engineering Click Here For Further Details & Apply
