Job Description
“Regional Marketing Manager”
Age around
25 to 35 years is preferable.
Identifying
potential markets and the customers.
converting
the Potential customers into business.
Responsible
for achieving regional sales target.
Responsible
for ensuing the after sales service.
Coordinating
with the regional Marketing Activities like Exhibition, Live Demo, ARPP Demo,
Event and any other marketing related activities.
Establishing
and Maintaining the Company’s Image through genuine and transparent marketing
activities.
Analyzes the
Marketing Strategies.
Develops
and implements strategic marketing plans for an organization in a regional
level.
Stays
abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of
the organization and adjusts plans accordingly.
Researches
and develops pricing policies and recommends appropriate sales channels.
Familiar
with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Performs a
variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
Design,
implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and
facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans
Manage and
coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
Extensive
experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to
meet organizational objectives.
Protects
organization's value by keeping information confidential
Strong
understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Managing
the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical
activities.
Willingness
to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
Required Skills :
Must be a
self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with attorneys at all
levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills.
Must
possess top level business management, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer
applications.
Strong in
spoken & written English, Good & Presentable with pleasant personality
