Understand the process workflow related to work requests from initiation through completion.
Understand how workflow is managed within the firm's workflow management tool.
Participate in a wide range of projects and collaborate across multiple work streams or teams.
Consistently demonstrating individual initiative and timely completion of assigned work.
Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member.
Participant on communications with numerous engagement teams.
Candidate Profile
Commerce graduates with good communication skills having 0 � 2 years of experience.
Understanding of the concepts of basic commerce and accountancy.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to observe, identify and track exceptions.
Ability to understand and apply set of rules.
Attention to detail and ability to identify missing information.
Ability to interpret data and apply solution.
Team player, committed to providing high quality and maintaining timeliness.
Good written and verbal communication skills including English.
